The MTS RHM0100MP021S1G8100 is a high-precision magnetostrictive linear position transducer designed for industrial automation motion control. Utilizing MTS’s Temposonics® R-Series technology, it detects the absolute position of a magnetic collar along a 100mm-stroke stainless-steel sensing rod (suffix "0100") with micron-level repeatability. The "MP021S1G8100" configuration specifies an M18x1.5 threaded rod (MP), ±10V analog output (021), S1 electronics for enhanced EMC robustness, G-version housing (IP67), and 10-pin male connector (8100). Certified to ATEX/IECEx Zone 2 standards, its 316L stainless-steel construction withstands hydraulic fluids, shock loads (>50g), and temperatures from -40°C to +85°C.
