The Murr Elektronik 9000-41034-0000002 I/O-Link Master Module (EtherCAT) bridges Industry 4.0 field devices with high-speed control networks. Designed for deterministic real-time communication, this IP67-rated device integrates eight I/O-Link ports (V1.1.3) with dual 100Mbps EtherCAT interfaces. Its corrosion-resistant aluminum housing (-40°C to +70°C) withstands chemical splashes, oils, and 15g mechanical shocks while providing EMI/RFI immunity (20V/m EN 61000-6-2). Featuring EtherCAT Distributed Clocks with ±250ns synchronization accuracy, it enables precision motion control and data harvesting. Preloaded with OPC UA PubSub and embedded TLS 1.3 security, it facilitates secure OT/IT convergence without gateways.
