Engineered for Rockwell’s modular FLEX platform, this 16-channel IP67-rated module supports sinking/sourcing inputs in harsh environments (–25°C to +70°C). Its polycarbonate housing withstands high-pressure washdowns, oils, and corrosive chemicals while providing 1500V AC backplane isolation. Integrated diagnostics include per-point LED status indicators and open-wire detection. Designed for tool-free DIN-rail mounting with 1794-TBSH terminations, it enables rapid deployment in space-constrained cabinets. Supports IO-Link V1.1 via firmware upgrade for enhanced device parameterization.
