The Allen-Bradley 1794-0B16P FLEX I/O™ 24V DC Sourcing Input Module delivers high-density discrete signal acquisition for harsh industrial environments. Designed for Rockwell’s distributed FLEX platform, this 16-channel module features IP67-rated epoxy encapsulation (–40°C to +70°C), resisting high-pressure washdowns, oils, and corrosive chemicals. It supports 24V DC sourcing inputs (current flows from sensor to module) with 1.5kV integrated surge suppression per channel. Each point includes optical isolation (500V AC continuous) and dual-color LED diagnostics (green=ON/red=fault). Tool-less 1794-TB3/B push-lock terminals accelerate wiring, while Studio 5000® enables per-channel filtering (0.1–16ms) for noise immunity. Ideal for interfacing proximity sensors, push buttons, and safety switches.
