The Allen-Bradley 1756-0W16I ControlLogix® TRIAC Output Module provides 16-channel AC load control for industrial automation systems. Engineered with reinforced isolation (1,900V AC) and zero-cross switching, this module drives inductive/resistive AC loads (120/240V AC) while minimizing electromagnetic interference. Its rugged design (-40°C to +70°C) features NEMA 4X/IP66 protection and corrosion-resistant hardware for harsh environments. Each channel includes diagnostic LEDs, configurable pulse stretching (1–16,383ms), and per-point fuse emulation to isolate faults without disrupting other outputs. Compatible with Studio 5000® for real-time monitoring and SIL 2 safety integration.
